The American Heart Association - Go Red for Women presents: STEM Goes Red. Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at the USS Midway Museum. Join the AHA and Sweetwater Unified School District for a day-long event intended to inspire an extraordinary group of local high-school aged, female-identifying students to explore STEM outside of the classroom while also learning how to take charge of their health and well-being. Students, mentors, and professional attendees have the opportunity to hear insightful talks from leading innovators on industry trends, make memorable connections with others, and gather invaluable insights on women's health. STEM Goes Red is designed to provide young girls insights into the possibilities and potential they possess to make a real impact on the world around them through STEM. Girls are unstoppable and they’re also our future. Together, we can ensure more girls have the opportunity to build a brighter, healthier tomorrow for all to enjoy.
