The American Heart Association is committed to advancing its mission to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Together we can encourage women to make lifesaving lifestyle choices and learn how their family history plays a role in their ongoing health. Education – and action – can save mothers, best friends and sisters everywhere. We must work together to help women and their families live longer, healthier lives.
We couldn’t have made such an impact without the generous donations from individuals like you. Here’s what you’ve helped us accomplish in the past 10 years:
1. More than 627,000 women have been saved from heart disease, and 330 fewer women are dying each day.
2. Women’s guidelines, created by the American Heart Association, have educated millions of healthcare providers to recognize and treat heart disease in women.
3. The number of women aware of their No. 1 killer has jumped from 22 percent to well over 50 percent.
Any person who has donated $250 dollars or more will have the opportunity to be featured on our Tribute Wall at the Go Red For Women Luncheon. For more information, please contact Tiffany Lynch at (858) 410-3830 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Help us keep going for another 10 years!
